What is a good low cost Indian diet plan for weight loss?

First of all I'll give you the rough skech of how you should eat per day and then I'll give you the list of Indian food with high protien and low calories which you can add or remove in your daily diet

So let's begin

Morning : first thing after waking up you should drink 500 ml of warm water with honey if possible or you can also drink it plain

Breakfast : oats or sprouts ( 8:00am to 10:00am)

Lunch : two roties with any green sabji or paneer cooked with less oil and less masala (12:00 to 3:00 pm)

Evening snack : any fruit if possible or dry fruits ( 4:00pm to 6:00pm)

Dinner : 2 roties with paneer sabji or any sabji frm my list below plus rice and curd with any dal. Dal contains high protien ( you should have your dinner 3 hrs before sleeping )

Before sleeping : drink 250 ml low fat milk

List of foods with low calories and high protien

  1. Paneer
  2. Curd
  3. Low fat milk
  4. Rajma and other beans (sabji)
  5. Peas masoor mung dal or any dal sabji
  6. Green vegetables
  7. Dates
  8. Fruits any leaving banana
  9. Whey protein if possible
  10. Oats
  11. Nutrella(soya chunks)
  12. Almonds
  13. Matki
  14. Egg whites
  15. Chicken

This foods u can eat in your daily diet in the format I have given and loss noticable weight. your daily calories should be less than 1400 to reduce weight
